Göcek (Gocek) is the closest resort to Dalaman Airport, about 25 km and roughly 20 minutes east along the D400. You collect the car from us at the airport car park and return it there; we do not deliver in Göcek. Booking needs no prepayment: you pay us at pick-up in cash or by card, and you can cancel free up to 24 hours before. Cars start from €27 per day.

How far is Göcek from Dalaman Airport?
Göcek is about 25 km from Dalaman Airport, a drive of roughly 20 to 30 minutes on the D400. Head east from the airport, climb through pine forest and leave the highway at the Göcek junction; the village and its marinas sit below the road on a sheltered bay.
The Göcek tunnel comes after this exit, so you do not pass through it to reach Göcek from the airport. You only meet the tunnel, and its toll, if you continue east towards Fethiye.
Is parking easy in Göcek?
Göcek is a small yachting village, and parking near the promenade and marinas is limited, especially when charter boats change over at the weekend. Some marinas and hotels have their own parking; otherwise use the car parks and side streets on the edge of the village and walk in, as the centre is compact and pedestrian-friendly.
Avoid blocking the narrow lanes behind the waterfront; delivery vans use them throughout the day.
Why rent a car in Göcek?
Many visitors arrive for a gulet or yacht charter and need a car only for the days ashore. A car lets you reach beaches and towns that boats cannot, and it is useful for crews collecting guests and supplies from the airport.
From Göcek, Fethiye is about 30 km east, Dalyan's river and Iztuzu beach are under an hour west, and the Sarıgerme coast is about 40 minutes away.

Which car suits a Göcek holiday?
For a couple, an economy car such as a Fiat Egea or Renault Clio is ideal for Göcek's small streets. Yacht crews and groups transferring luggage often book a Fiat Doblò or Citroën Berlingo van, the 7-seat Dacia Jogger or the 9-seat Hyundai Staria. You book a model; a similar car of the same class may be supplied.

Do I go through the Göcek tunnel to get to Göcek?
No. Coming from Dalaman Airport you exit for Göcek before the tunnel; the toll tunnel lies on the D400 between Göcek and Fethiye.
Is there a free road instead of the Göcek tunnel?
Yes, the older road over the Göcek hill is free, but it is longer, narrower and winding; it also gets busy when tunnel traffic queues.
Can a rental car be delivered to a Göcek marina?
No. We do not deliver to marinas, hotels or villas. Pick the car up at the Dalaman Airport car park; Göcek is only about 20 minutes away.
How long does it take from Göcek to Fethiye?
About 30–40 minutes on the D400, depending on whether you use the tunnel.
Is Göcek walkable without a car?
The village centre is small and walkable; a car is mainly useful for beaches, day trips and airport runs.
Can I drop the car at Dalaman Airport after a yacht charter?
Yes. Every rental is returned at the Dalaman Airport car park anyway, so after your charter simply drive back to the airport, about 20 minutes from Göcek.
