2. Data we process

Identity (full name; at pick-up, driving licence and ID/passport details), contact (email, phone), booking details (car, dates, pick-up/return place, price, extras), flight number, your notes, chat messages and transaction security data (IP address, time of consent). Cookies are covered in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Taking your booking, preparing and handing over the car, concluding the rental agreement, and sending confirmations and reminders: KVKK art. 5/2-(c), performance of a contract.

Keeping commercial and tax records, renter notifications required by car-rental regulations, and answering lawful requests from authorities: KVKK art. 5/2-(ç), legal obligation.

Keeping consent records, handling damage and traffic-fine matters, and evidence in disputes: KVKK art. 5/2-(e), establishing or defending a legal claim.

Analytics, advertising and personalisation cookies: only with your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1).

4. Transfers

We never sell your data. Hosting, database and email delivery are provided by companies located abroad (Cloudflare, Resend); these transfers rely on the safeguards in KVKK art. 9.

Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies when required by law, to the insurer in case of damage, and to courts on request.

5. Collection and retention

Data is collected through the booking form, phone, WhatsApp, email, the chat window and the agreement signed at pick-up. Records are kept for the periods required by law (10 years for commercial records) and then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions against you, and claim compensation. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
