How car hire pickup works at Dalaman Airport
At Dalaman Airport (DLM) our staff meet you at the airport car park after you collect your luggage and introduce your car. Because you add your flight number when booking, we track your landing and wait if you are delayed. You show your licence and passport, check the car, sign the agreement and pay us directly; nothing is paid in advance.
What happens when I land at Dalaman Airport?
Once you clear passport control and collect your bags, leave the arrivals hall and walk to the car park, where our staff meet you and introduce your car. The confirmation you receive after booking explains the meeting point and gives our phone number to call if you cannot find us.

How do I check the rental car before driving away?
Walk around the car with our staff before you sign and make sure every existing scratch, dent and chip is marked on the check-out form. Taking photos and a short video of all sides, the wheels, the windscreen and the fuel gauge on your phone gives you a time-stamped record.

Which way do I drive out of Dalaman Airport?
