Website, App and Account Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the Manara Rent a Car (Manara Rent a Car) website and the Manara Rent a Car mobile app (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you accept them.

1. Service

The Platform offers car and price information, booking, booking tracking, a customer account, a loyalty programme, reviews and live support (chat). The rental itself is governed by the Pre-contractual Information, the Distance Rental Contract, the Rental Terms and the Cancellation, Refund, Booking Deposit and Security Deposit Policy.

2. Customer account

You sign in without a password using a one-time code sent to your email (or with Google / Apple where offered). Do not share the code; you are responsible for actions taken from your account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been misused.

You can delete your account at any time under My account › Delete my account in the app. After deletion, booking and invoice records are kept only for the legally required periods.

3. Loyalty programme

The loyalty discount is based on confirmed, trouble-free completed rentals made with the same email address. Current tiers (number of rentals and discount rate) are shown on the Platform and may be changed by us; changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

The discount applies only when you are signed in and book with your own email; it is not combined with campaigns — the higher one applies. Rentals with damage, late return, payment issues or traffic fines are not counted. Loyalty benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

Loyalty benefits may be cancelled in case of abuse (fake accounts, booking for others, etc.).

4. Reviews

You can rate and review only your completed rentals. Reviews are checked before publication; insults, personal data, advertising, misleading or unlawful content is not published. Your name is shown shortened (e.g. "Anna S."). You grant us a free, unlimited permission to publish, reproduce and use your review in promotion; you can always ask us to remove it.

5. Notifications

Booking information is sent by email. Offer and campaign notifications (push) are sent only if you allow them in the app; you can turn them off any time under My account › Offer notifications or in your phone settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, automated bulk data collection, fake bookings or to impair its security or operation. In such cases access may be blocked and legal action taken.

7. Intellectual property

Brands, logos, texts, images and software on the Platform belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

We take care that prices, availability and car information are correct; bookings made at an obviously wrong price are corrected or cancelled before confirmation. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed; your booking records are preserved during maintenance or technical faults.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated; the current version applies from publication on the Platform. Turkish law applies; disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
